Previous visible engagement has already been provisionally logged, including eligible likes/reactions, meaningful comments, friend tags and shares. Entries are manually reviewed and may take up to 48 hours to appear once the leaderboard is live.

Important: fake accounts, spam comments, repeated low-effort entries or anything that breaks platform/group rules may be removed from the entry count.

Terms & draw details

These terms are written to keep the giveaway clear, free to enter and fair. The final promoter details and exact closing/draw date should be confirmed before the page is promoted widely.

  1. Promoter: FidusCheck, operated by H6B Ventures Ltd.
  2. Promotion name: FidusCheck One Launch Giveaway.
  3. Eligibility: open to UK residents aged 18 or over only, unless FidusCheck confirms otherwise in writing. Employees, contractors, immediate family members or anyone professionally connected with the promotion are not eligible.
  4. Free entry: no purchase is necessary. Creating a free FidusCheck account is the main free entry route among other free entry methods mentioned by FidusCheck.
  5. Pre-orders: buying or pre-ordering a FidusCheck product is not required and does not improve the chance of winning except where a separate free bonus-entry action is clearly listed. If an existing eligible pre-order customer wins, FidusCheck will refund the qualifying pre-order and provide the prize kit free.
  6. Opening date: entries open beginning the date the FidusCheck One device was launched publicly (25th June 2026).
  7. Closing date: the intended closing date is before FidusCheck One devices start shipping, currently expected in Q4 2026. The final closing date and draw date will be published on this page and on the facebook groups once the production and shipping schedule is confirmed.
  8. Prizes: 10 winners will each receive one FidusCheck One Dealer Package, currently worth £1,529 RRP. Additional prizes, such as bullion or coins or site credit, may be added and will be displayed on this page if added.
  9. Prize availability: prizes are subject to final product availability and shipping. If a prize becomes unavailable, FidusCheck may substitute a prize of equal or greater value where reasonably necessary.
  10. No cash alternative: prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered, except that an existing eligible pre-order winner may receive a refund of their qualifying pre-order as described above.
  11. Bonus entries: FidusCheck may award additional entries for genuine, verifiable engagement with official FidusCheck posts, such as likes, meaningful comments or public shares/reposts where permitted by the platform. Spam, fake, duplicate, automated, abusive or unverifiable engagement will not count.
  12. Platform rules: entrants must follow the rules of Facebook, Instagram and any other platform used. FidusCheck may remove any entries that appear to breach platform rules, including fake engagement, spam or misuse of tags/shares.
  13. Winner selection: winners will be selected from valid entries using a random number generator. FidusCheck intends to carry out the draw live or publish the draw process for transparency.
  14. Winner notification: winners will be contacted using the email address on their FidusCheck account or via Facebook. Winners may need to confirm eligibility and provide delivery details.
  15. Claim period: winners must respond within 14 days of being contacted. If a winner does not respond, is not eligible or cannot be verified, FidusCheck may draw another winner.
  16. Public announcement: FidusCheck may announce winners publicly using first name, surname initial, username or general location, unless a winner objects where legally permitted.
  17. Data use: personal data will be used to administer the giveaway, verify entries, contact winners and deliver prizes. Data will be handled in line with the FidusCheck Privacy Policy.
  18. Fair use: FidusCheck may disqualify entries from anyone attempting to manipulate the promotion, use multiple fake accounts, submit bulk entries, abuse the leaderboard or act unfairly.
  19. Changes: FidusCheck may update these terms only where reasonably necessary, for example to correct errors, add extra prizes, comply with law or deal with production/shipping changes. Any material updates will be shown on this page.
  20. Meta release: this promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook, Instagram or Meta. By entering, entrants release those platforms from responsibility for the promotion.
  21. Governing law: these terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and entrants submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
